Services Provided Keyforge provides license management software for developers. Access to the Service, dashboard, and API is unlocked by purchasing a one-time plan or maintaining an active subscription. Plans are offered as: - Personal: a one-time lifetime purchase with permanent access to its included limits and features. - Scale 1 through Scale 7: monthly subscriptions granting higher limits and features while the subscription is active. Scale 1 includes a 14-day free trial, after which billing begins unless the subscription is canceled. Each plan has its own usage limits, shown on the pricing page at https://keyforge.dev/#pricing. Use of the Service is subject to fair use. Usage that is atypical, automated, or significantly higher than normal commercial patterns may require an upgrade or a custom plan. The Service may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. Improper, abusive, or illegal use may result in suspension or termination of access. Legacy plans: users who previously purchased Legacy Basic, Legacy Plus, or related variants keep access under the limits and features in place at the time of purchase. Legacy plans are no longer offered to new customers. 2. Refund Policy For the Personal plan and other one-time purchases, users may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. For subscription plans, refunds are available within 14 days of the first invoice only. Subsequent renewal invoices are non-refundable. 3. User Data Collection We collect the following personal data: name, email, and payment information. We also collect non-personal data through web cookies. Ownership and Subscription Terms Users may not resell, redistribute, or share their access without explicit permission from Keyforge. Keyforge reserves the right to revoke access at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to the user. Subscription plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Users may cancel at any time from the dashboard billing settings or by contacting us. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it reverts to any other plan the user owns (such as Personal) or to no active plan. We may update subscription pricing in the future. Affected paying users will receive at least 30 days notice before a new price applies to their next renewal. If a plan changes, ends, or is downgraded, and existing usage exceeds the new plan's limits, the user must reduce usage to fit within those limits. Data is not deleted automatically. We will reach out before any data may be removed. 6. Service Availability We work to keep the Service stable and reliable, but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or other unforeseen issues may occasionally affect availability or performance. We make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly. 7. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Brazil. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties THE SERVICE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
